You'll see us arriving in a fully stocked van so we can complete all sorts of jobs and get the help you need!

The Service
What happens during an air conditioning maintenance service depends on the system and brand that you have, but during a general service, an expert qualified technician (or even our director himself!) will run a comprehensive and detailed air conditioning maintenance service check. This incudes:

✓ testing the unit(s) in question
✓ perform maintenance on the unit(s)
✓ check and clean filters
✓ check and clean condensation drains
✓ detect potential faults
✓ inspect the indoor and outdoor coils
✓ check unit operating pressures and running voltage
✓ verify zoning controls and remotes
✓ .... and more as required!

All this is to ensure that your system works at peak performance, helping to extend the life of your air conditioner and providing cleaner air.

What happens after?
Everything should be ready in less than 1h!
However, we charge the same service/maintenance rate irrespective of how much time we spend with ours clients!

We will report to you in a clear and transparent manner what we have discovered in our assessment and make genuine and realistic recommendations if there is any complex additional action required too.

We also would love to get any feedback from our highly experienced technicians as we pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service.

You can also schedule you in for routine servicing and maintenance and plan your next service straight away, to avoid unwanted breakdowns, unusual noises, bad smells, poor air flow and a system no longer heating or cooling!
As you can see having a service on your air conditioning unit doesn't need to be dreaded! Actually, servicing an air conditioning unit regularly is the best way to prevent complications with your unit and to make the most of your unit!

General rule, we tell our clients that their AC unit should be serviced at least once a year and if the unit(s) are exposed to more pollutants (like being closer to a window) or if you have pets or people in the house with allergies or respiratory conditions, the frequency of the service and its maintenance should be higher, even 3 or 4 times a year!

As most of us use our air conditioning units for the summer – although we all know how Melbourne can be show as a hot day for a few hours and turn into a chilly moment – we usually recommend servicing your AC unit preferably before the start of the summer season.
